Refund Policy

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you and process your refund within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method (UPI, card, or EMI).
  • COD orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer — we'll collect the details during pickup.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
