30-day easy exchange
If something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it — with free reverse pickup.
How it works
- Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@kidgrows.com with your order number.
- We'll schedule a free pickup from your address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange is processed within 3–5 business days.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags intact.
- For hygiene and safety, teethers, feeding items and innerwear can only be returned if unopened.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method; COD orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
